I was able to reverse some of the missing generations so you should see some credits in your account

Our records indicate that you don’t have -105 credits. Could you provide a screenshot if you are seeing this?

That is because I had to buy 115 to be able to continue. I would like those free of charge please

Got it, thank you for clarifying. I added the credit pack to your account again.

Hey,
Was there any sort of action you took like trying to make a video or certain image prior to it deducting credits?
It would greatly help in our investigation into the issue.
Meanwhile, it will reset your credits.
Thank you
