Delete my first influencer

I have created my first influencer, but there is no way to reset or delete the existing one and create a new one. The influencer I have created is looking almost identical to the given images, but I only used 1 person as reference so it looks like an existing model and I want to create an newly looking person not looking identical to an existing model. So I think I will need to use multiple different model persons as reference right? Can you delete my first created influencer so I can create a new one and try again?

I bought 1 model token today, i created the influencer, and when i clicked generate, it texted me that it failed to create an influencer and it deleted my token. I dont currentely have token neither the influencer. Can you give me my token back or fix this bug? Thank you.

However, there’s one issue I keep encountering: every time I generate an image, the model is shown wearing a bracelet and necklace, even though I clearly specify in the prompt that the model shouldn’t wear any jewelry. Is there a way to generate the first image without these accessories, because if I edit it uses credits and it lower a picture quality?

Problem with SDXL Setup

Hi, I need help with using the SDXL extension. I used credits to unlock the SDXL features for photo generation. After about 40 minutes, the app "learned" our AI influencer. Unfortunately, when generating images, it's not possible to select the option to use our uploaded influencer. Other issues also started to appear. For example, when using additional options (Amateur, Exclusive Content, Realism V2), the app began making errors in image generation — for instance, one half of the face doesn't match the other, and so on. It seems that after enabling the SDXL extension, the whole influencer setup was somehow reset or altered. Could you please take a look at this issue? Thank you, FW

This is my fourth time reaching out, including all the emails I sent to Celeb’s complaints email address. Celebmakerai charged me $79.99 for a subscription renewal I did not manually pay for. I have not used celebmakerai’s service or credits in several weeks and had no intention of continuing with the subscription. I had forgotten to cancel it, as I no longer use the platform and do not plan to in the future ever again. Given that the service was not used and the renewal was unintentional, I kindly request a full refund for the recent charge. I believe this is reasonable given the circumstances, and I would greatly appreciate immediate action regarding this matter. Please confirm once the refund has been processed. I’ve already canceled the subscription when it was charged to prevent further charges.

Hi team, First of all, I just want to say I love this tool — it’s been a great creative resource and I’ve enjoyed using it a lot. However, I’ve recently run into a few issues that I hope can be looked into: A few days ago, I created 3 videos that were supposed to be 10 seconds long, but each time I only received a 5-second video. This happened three times in a row, even though I paid full credits. Is there any way to get a refund or maybe receive some free credits for the inconvenience? On June 19th, the site wasn’t working at all for me — completely unresponsive. Today, June 20th, the site is back up, but the quality of the results (especially image generation) has dropped significantly. It honestly feels like the model has been downgraded or changed — the outputs are nowhere near the usual quality. Can you let me know what’s going on with the models and if there’s a timeline for when things will be stable again? Thanks in advance!

So far really happy with it but atm it is saying "insufficient available credits you need 1 credit for this generation" even though I have credits left.
