Any way to pay for more, than just 250 tokens.

Hello there, I am a willing buyer! Unfortunatly, the cryptomethod I am using is taking up a lot of time in transactions and fees and that kind of stuff. I was wondering maybe, if there was a way to get in contact with someone to adress this. Is it possible to make one large payment (in the area of 100 - 300$) at once, and receive all the credits at once? Id be really glad if someone reached out to me, over the possibility of such a transaction.
