Cancel Account
Guys I cancelled my subscription and its showing that I have a whole other month. I don’t know why it did that because I cancelled before another month started. I have a block on payment and now since there is no direct contact info, I decided to just make a post. I appreciate everything but i’ve just moved on. So please cancel my account. Thank you.

Canceling your subscription works multiple people cancel everyday. There is one other person who complained that cancelled after it renewed who just made multiple posts
You should be able to cancel after clicking Cancel, going through the steps.
On top of this there is a dedicated button under “ Billing Problems?” In the settings. That will take you to the billing portal also where you can cancel and manage your subscription.

fantastic, well then my account should be totally cancelled not open again for another month and there should be no more bills. If that’s the case change my account. I apologize for being an ass but all these damn sites just play games and act stupid. My account should be shut down completely then. Please send a confirmation email stating its shut down as of the 1st please. Thank you
