The whole part of cancellation is there is no renewal, Can I please get a refund i have multiple screenshots of me reaching out to support saying I dont want it anymore, I recieved no replies from them at all and veen charged many times since then

Because the app is awful and overpriced, I’ve tried cancelling my subscription since day 1 and have been charged $200+ dollars since h then because the support team does nothing and we can’t cancel it ourselve
