Hi - i cancelled my subscription but am still being charged. PLEASE CANCEL.

    Hi, we have users cancel/pause their subscriptions all the time.

    I bhelieve you scheduled to cancel after it had already renewed.

    To cancel simply click cancel subscription in the user settings.
