Cannot generate video – button greyed out even with tokens

Hi, I’m unable to click the “Generate Video” button even though I’ve filled in the prompt, selected quality, and duration. I have enough credits available (415+), tried multiple browsers, and even cleared cache + used incognito mode. The button remains greyed out and non-clickable.

Network tab shows no major errors and sessions are loading correctly.

Can someone manually check my account or force-refresh the generation module?
