Cant cancel my subscription, it is no longer usefull for me and I get the message, "failed to cancel subscription"

While I go and cancel my subscription, after I complete the steps I get the message “failed to cancel subscription“, I hope you have a solution

    Hello, I’m trying to cancel my subscription also and it won’t let me. I click cancel subscription and the only option that comes up after that is to pause my subscription for 60 days or to go to a cheaper subscription. I’ll be charged in 2 days time, already had some issues with this website and have tried emailing support multiple times, no responses. WILL NOT be happy if I’m charged for my subscription in 2 days time.

    You should be able to cancel, we have multiple people cancel a day.

    Coyld you share a screenshot or provide your email of your account and I can make sure its cancelled.
