Can't cancel subscription
Getting annoyed now, if you don’t respond to this message then me and everyone else knows you’re scamming people. Give me a straight up answer no BS, as to why I can't cancel my subscription and how to unsubscribe, shown in this photo is what it says when I click cancel subscription, when I wait the 30 minutes for the offer to end nothing happens either and I paused my subscription for 2 days but the payment is still coming through as the same date so not even pausing the subscription works.

Its not a scam multiple people cancel everyday. At the bottom this modal in the screenshot there is a “cancel anyways” button once you click that you can continue to cancel after optional cancellation reason survey

Nobody complains we have 5+ cancellations a day. You can also click on “manage billing” where it says if you have any billing problems from there, and cancel through the payment providers platform

People definitely were complaining I saw someone say they had to cancel their bank card, because they thought you were scamming them. okay I found it, thank you I was wrong not a scam but maybe I would recommend changing it so that the ‘cancel subscription’ button actually allows you to cancel not having to do it via the mange subscription.

Yeah you can also remove it from the same portal should be titled somethign like payment methods im not sure exactly the title of it, inside of the portal.

You shouldnt have to, I think the issue is maybe with some smaller screen dimensions that dont see that button
