Can't create a new influencer model

Hi,


I recently purchased the Pro plan and tried to generate an influencer, but the results were not good enough. I then trained a second one and deleted the other to make room for a new attempt, but the system does not allow me to create another influencer.

I was under the impression that the limit was two active influencers at the same time. Could you please look into this? Is it possible to maybe reset the influencer count?

    Could you please check the possibility of a reset? It has already been 4 days since my post. Unfortunately, also the second influencer I trained did not meet a reasonable standard.
