Can't purchase credits again

Hi, I'm getting this message

Payment collection failed. Reason: PMT-3000:The merchant account could not be validated.Subscription is invalid.

But I have an invoice saying my subscription payment was payed so I'm puzzled

      teams on it as fsat as posible there was some issue this morning. Trying everything in our power to keep this service and payments alive.
