can't upload pictures to create a character

Hi - I can’t upload any pictures to “create an AI influencer.” On the 4th tab of “create an AI influencer,” I can’t drag and drop pictures and I can’t press a button to specify a path or file. I can upload pictures in the picture editor section, so this is just a problem in the “create an AI influencer” section. Thanks for any help!
