I tried buying 250 credits 3 times and the purchase failed twice, it ended up coming out of my bank account a day later and I didn’t get any credits??!!? Please fix this for me.
Hi i bought 250 credits many times, however on 5 occasions i got charged $20 randomly without my approval. your system took $100 from me over the span of 4 days!
can i get a refund for all these occasions? i also have bank statements to prove it
