Crypto payment issue after 15min expires

Hi, I just paid $79.99 with Crypto, but the payment was processed after 15 minutes. Now it says it was only partially paid, but I think it is because the amount changes after 15min. Now my money has gone, but the subscription does not show up in my account. Could you please enable the subscription for me?
