ERROR on making a new model and taken my model tokens when failed!

Feature Request

Ive tried multiple times creating a new model and keep getting an error message. It has also taken 2 tokens off me when failing to create a model.

    I can’t find any subscription with your email. Perhaps maybe its on a different email?
