Thanks for reporting, It looks like a backend caching issue Ill take a look.
There is no quota for storage you get unlimited.
Everything should still be saving to your media library, let me know if its not

Thank you, it is adding to the library that is true, however it seems to cause issues in the rendering and execution of the image generation, unfortunately I no longer have the evidence as I deleted the erroneous images. Also I am still getting the same error message.
