Hello, I have few problems...

I purchased the Pro subscription, but when I try to create a video, it says I don’t have access to the paid plan.

I expected you to generate a single AI woman with the same exact face, body type, and hair color. However, every time I use my credits for a new AI image, the woman looks different. If this issue isn’t resolved, I will cancel my subscription because I need to create multiple images of the same person to use as my Instagram influencer.

I tried creating another AI model woman, but the training process has been stuck for several hours.
