Again your subscription is already cancelled you can verify it by clicking Manage Billing that will take you to our third party that handles all the subscriptions.

There is a delay sometimes as I mentioned in a million other posts when cancelling its saying failed because its already cancelled internally and hasnt updated on the frontend yet.
