I cancelled my subscription but I still got billed for $79.99 I WANT MY MONEY BACK

I cancelled my subscription by clicking "Cancel subscription" at the bottom of the page

I did not click on “Pause for 2 months.”

Despite that, I was still charged €79.99. This charge is not justified.

I want a full refund immediately.
