I purchased the 2-influencer plan for $79, but I haven’t created any and the system says they are already used. I have been waiting over 24 hours for support to respond and have received no solution.

Although your policy states there are no refunds, I am demanding a refund for non-delivery of service, as I have been unable to use the plan and have received no response.

I expect an immediate resolution.
