I would like a refund

I have been trying to come into my account for long now to cancel my subscription. When i logged in, it automatically have withdrawn the subscription money from my card. I could not cancel my subscription without it continuing the monthly plan. I kindly asking you to refund the money as i have not been using this for months now.
