I'M NEW BUT NOTHING WORKS!?!?!?!

i just did the basic paid plan. besides not working the software also says i have 0 credits???? i haven't done anything yet!!! how is that possible???? can anyone help me understand?

      you can delete my influencer and i will remake it from 0

        Hi,

        Your creation limit hasn’t been affected as it didn’t go through. You can create another one,

        Then after I can manually remove your influencer if you would like or you will be able to.
