Influencer failed for 4th time
Again, my influencer failed to get created and I was charged my model token. I have now lost 4 model tokens with no model to show for it. Please fix this issue!!!!! this is absolutely ridiculous as ive now lost 3 influencers at $29.99 each and I paid an extra $9.99 for another one. please answer me!!!!!

Thank you. But it’s just going to happen again. I already have 500+ photos into the influencer builder and when I hit create it says “failed” and I get charged the influencer token.

Ive been trying to reproduce the issue the last couple of days but Im still unable to. Hopefully I can soon but I assume its somethign todo with the photos being uploaded and the website cache.
If you already uploaded photos try removing them and reuploading them in the same go as your creation without refreshing the page or anything.
Also could be due to that amount of photos i you uploaded that many into it.
You should only need maximum of 20 photos to create a realistic influencer. I’d try removing all of them then reuploading 20 of the highest quality ones
