Issue with Creating New Influencer – Setup Stuck

Feature Request

Dear Support,

I've been stuck for several hours on the following status:
"In Progress (Standard) – Initial setup or standard training is underway (~45 mins)."
It’s been much longer than expected, and the process doesn’t seem to be progressing.

Because of this, I’m also unable to create a new influencer.
The account in question is linked to the email: lars.vanhelden@hotmail.com.

Could you please look into this and resolve the issue as soon as possible?

      Hi Celeb Maker,

      I’m still experiencing the issue. Could you please remove the two influencers for me?

      Otherwise I can't do anything with the program at all.

        Hi, I reset your influencer count so you can make 2 more. You should be able to delete the models as well, I didn’t delete any as I didn’t want to delete the wrong ones
