Hello,

I purchased the Pro plan last night, I was toying around and created an influencer, first of all - I attempted to create a video of my model, the tokens were deducted & no video was produced.

Second of all, since it was my first model, it was just a test with improper images etc. and it didn’t turn out how I wanted, I have deleted the model & it has still counted as one of the 2 monthly limit of models.

I would appreciate if this monthly limit was adjusted accordingly.

    Hi,

    Have you checked your media library to see if the video appeared in there?

    Sometimes it doesn’t come through the page but if it deducted credits it most likely went through, unless it was flagged by the provider we use for Excessive nudity, which is out of our control.

    Regarding the model limit unfortunately since it costs us a large $ of money per model, since we train these models unique and expensively (no face swap, etc) (and why are prices are on the higher end), we can’t reset those on deletion of influencer since we are still charged by the compute provider.

    If you are stil having troubles with the videos I can look into this and make sure all is working properly.
