Keeps telling me i don't have credits

When i process a video it says 402, and 403 error. then, randomly, processes a video multiple times and removes credits from my account. it was giving 503 error codes as well so i attempted to generate the video over and it did it 5 times even though it stated error and reduced credits from my account for the videos.
