Male character errors

Hello. I just subscribed and created a male character. Using the ZIT model, the character is very close to the reference images, however male anatomy is terrible, and more often it gives him female anatomy. If you allow for male characters as a setup option how come the male anatomy is so bad?

I paid for an additional token so I could try SDXL. It is terrible! He now looks anorexic, has a misshaped face, an unusually long torso with around 10 abs, and has three nipples which are oddly placed, and sometimes has female anatomy as well.

How to fix the ZIT anatomy problems and the SDXL anatomy and terrible looking character problem?
