Missing Character Tokens

Hello Support,

My character tokens seem to be gone even though I only created one character and I have the large plan active. I’m still paying for the plan, but I currently can’t create another character even though my plan should allow it.

As far as I know, I also haven’t used all my free tokens yet. Because of that, I don’t think I should need to buy new tokens.

Could you please check what happened to my character tokens? If this is an error, could they be restored to my account?
