Missing credits.
Hey i logged in today to see that 66 credits just disappeared, a couple days ago many photos kept loading, some even to 250-300 seconds and then they just disappear but still the credits are taken but no photo’s
Hope this will be fixed too, and if possible refund me the 66 credits.

So basically when im at generate image section, there are 20 images, so when i generate my latest 20 images they supposed to be there on that page, so many times when i generate an image, it keepts loading, sometimes i get an error, and sometimes no error. so for example if i select to generate 4 images, 2 will load, but the other 2 keep loading till 250-300 seconds and then they dont show up, but they do take credits. and also at the media page they dont show up

Thanks for the detailed explanation. Are the photos loading properly for you now when generating, or did this only happen a few days ago?
Can you try doing a hard refresh? On Chrome, it’s Control + Shift + R for Windows, or Command + Shift + R for Mac.
The issue with the Media Library might be related to caching. If credits were taken, the generations most likely went through. Could you try logging in using an incognito window and check if the images show up in the Media Library there?
Also, just to confirm — is this only happening when using the SDXL Exclusive Content v2 style, where some of the images stay stuck loading?

It never happend with amateur, only realism v2 and sdxl

Update is just released today. Exclusive content videos in beta, they are tricky but you can get some decent outputs depending on your prompts.
