Missing Credits

Hi,

My Pro subscription has just renewed and when I check it says I should have 250 credits, however my account is only showing 6. I have purchased an additional pro pack for now, however can you please review and apply the credits? Thanks. Karl

    Hey, just reviewed. Weird hasn’t happened before.

    Just added the credits to your account.


    Was your subscription paused by any chance and then it renewed?

    or was it normal renewed?

      Yes you’re correct, it had been paused and then renewed and the credits hadnt synced up.

      This happened to me too, got the invoice yesterday via e-mail.
      Haven’t paused the subscription, so it is really weird that this happened.
