No Image but Charged Credits

I tried generating an image like I’ve normally done the past month but this time it said failed to fetch image, but still deducted 2 credits per image. I tried refreshing the page and creating the image two more times before I realized that credits were being deducted. I lost 6 credits and have no image(s) to show for it. Can you please re-imburse me for the 6 credits please? Thank you.
