Not able to purchase credits?

When I've tried to purchase a credit pack I get the following message:

Payment collection failed. Reason: (PAYEE_ACCOUNT_RESTRICTED) The merchant account is restricted.

I've been able to before so not sure what's changed

    Our payment account got shutdown so you have to udpate your payment method/ use a different processor from the list.
