Not able to use credits and not able to make video

Feature Request

I have a pro plan and I cannot use certain features like “ai-influencer” on photos or any option at all to make a video. I have more than enough credits too. When trying to generate photos, which is the only thing that I can create, I kept pressing til I saw a result and I ended up using a lot of credits due to lag

    For example, I have purchased the SDXL and now after it took my credits, its asking me to pay again. The same thing happened when making me images

    Hi,

    Im a bit confused on the issue you are having.

    When using SDXL (Exclusive content v2) it will automatically use your influencer, there is no option to do it without, which is why its disabled when this is active.

    Videos should be on the sidebar with the Video icon which is a separate page.

    Credits will only be deducted after it finishes generating it successfully, Check the Media Library in the sidebar and you can see all of your generations. The Generation page will only show your last 20 or so images

    Please let me know if you are still facing issues and what they are specifically so I can try to understand and fix anything wrong.
