Ongoing issues with video length, site performance & image quality

Hi team,
First of all, I just want to say I love this tool — it’s been a great creative resource and I’ve enjoyed using it a lot. However, I’ve recently run into a few issues that I hope can be looked into:

  1. A few days ago, I created 3 videos that were supposed to be 10 seconds long, but each time I only received a 5-second video. This happened three times in a row, even though I paid full credits. Is there any way to get a refund or maybe receive some free credits for the inconvenience?

  2. On June 19th, the site wasn’t working at all for me — completely unresponsive.

  3. Today, June 20th, the site is back up, but the quality of the results (especially image generation) has dropped significantly. It honestly feels like the model has been downgraded or changed — the outputs are nowhere near the usual quality.

Can you let me know what’s going on with the models and if there’s a timeline for when things will be stable again?

    Thank you very much for the refund.

    I have another question:
    Why has the generation of feet become so bad since Thursday? I haven’t been able to generate a single decent picture because the feet (or at least one of them) always get messed up. I’ve wasted at least 250 credits trying to fix it, but nothing works.

    I’ve been using the same settings since April, so I don’t think any of the sliders are the issue.

    And yes… the problem is always with the feet—everything else looks fine—but it still makes the whole picture unusable.

    Hey,

    sorry for the lack of communication as I was in the hospital the last week or so.

    As I just got out there was an update I put out today that should fix some things. The 5 second video issue is still being worked out.

    No model was downgraded or changed at all in terms of any of the images, they are all the same. Perhaps it is the strength of the style sliders or a third party change which Ill try to investigate.

    Ill refund you the credits for the video length issue.
