Payment Problem: Missing Credits After Purchase

Hi, I just purchased 250 credits on Celebmaker, but the site says I don’t have enough balance, even though the amount has already been charged to my credit card. Could you please look into this and help me access the credits I paid for?

    Hello, I also purchased credits and the 3 tokens deal. I also didn’t receive them.
