Plan not upgraded and tokens not updated

Feature Request

Hi, I selected to chang my plan to yearly and assumed that would take effect at the start of the next cycle. Instead I have been charged the monthly again and not even received the monthly tokens from that. Could you look into this please as that's a waste.

      Looking at it right now. What payment method did you go through?
