PRO plan isn't letting me make my 2 models

I recently bought the pro plan with the ability to make 2 influencers but for some reason I can only make one, every time i go to pick and make a new influencer it tells me that i’ve reached my limit even though I have only made one. To prove me right, when i try and delete my influencer it says “you must have at least 1 influencer before you can delete one” which is implying that I only have one model. I would like this issue resolved because I have paid quite a bit for these PRO services

    The creation limit is per month,

    Each Model takes a good amount of $ to train, so you have to wait until the billing cycle resets to be able to create another one.

    Deleting them will remove from your active slots, but not how many you created that month

      No but the thing is that the pro plan says that I get 2 per month. I’ve only been able to make one. It’s never allowed me to make 2
