Pro Video Model Fail

Hey bro, it’s me again.
Thanks a lot for the refund — really appreciate the quick help!

But I’m still having some issues. Today I tried generating a video and got a “failed to fetch” message. Tried again — same result. Then I slightly adjusted the prompt and retried, and it finally worked.

But here’s the weird part: just as the third video generation started, all three videos suddenly showed up as “generated”— even though the first two never actually began generating or showed any progress. These were Pro model 10-second videos, so that mistake ended up costing quite a bit.

It’s not the first time I’ve seen that “failed to fetch” error, but it’s the first time the videos appeared as completed afterward. Could you look into this? Maybe there’s something bugging out behind the scenes.

    Hey bro — quick follow-up.

    This just keeps happening, and I keep wasting credits. The “failed to fetch” issue pops up way too often, and

    now the video tab keeps freezing completely. I can’t click anything or start new generations — even after refreshing a few times, it stays unusable.

    Honestly, I’ve probably wasted around 300–400 credits by now just because the tool isn’t working like it did back in May or earlier. It’s super frustrating because I really love using it when it works right. Can you please look into what’s going on? 🙏

      Hey,

      Is this still happening?

      Make sure to select an influencer at the top so you have an active influencer.

      Ive been trying to reproduce the issue on my end but no luck. I’ll refund you any credits that disappeared.

      The videos should be finishing though if you check the media library tab. Nothing in terms of the video generation changed.

      One thing that could be causing it is the prompt being NSFW. I know that the AI we use they added in some safety checkers that are new which seem to be detecting the prompts/images (not many but some of them) which mightve been the issue in this case. This is the only thing that’s changed so It is slightly out of our control
