Reference image

Hello! Every time I use a reference image to create a new pose for my influencer, the new image created doesn't have the influencer's facial features. The image generated from a model image has the same facial features, hair, eyes, etc. as the reference image. How can I use a reference image and still maintain my influencer's facial features?
