Give me a refund, I've been charged multiple times for a service I've never used because your support team never got back to me, I have many screenshots of proof
I got my subscription in April, used it twice and have been trying to get it refunded and cancelled ever since, So give me my refund on all these months I was forced to have because you didnt let me cancel my stuff
