Refund Request for Unusable AI Generation Product

Hello,

I would like to request a full refund for the credits I purchased on your platform.
The product has not met expectations in any meaningful way.

The AI generation quality is extremely disappointing compared to other platforms I’ve used. Despite using clear and well-structured prompts, the system consistently fails to understand or execute them properly.

Most importantly, the so-called "AI influencer" faces and expressions change drastically in every generation. This defeats the entire purpose of building a consistent AI persona. In some cases, the avatar behaves in completely unrealistic or irrelevant ways.

Considering the price point, I had expected much better results and flexibility. Unfortunately, there is no credit recovery or refund policy in place for unusable generations, which adds to the frustration.

If the system cannot generate consistent AI influencers, I honestly do not see the point of using it at all.

Please issue a refund for the credits, or at the very least, offer a compensation method.
I hope you understand this request is not out of emotion, but due to serious functionality flaws.

    While many of our users are getting great results, we know AI photo generation can be unpredictable at times. A big factor in consistency is uploading a strong base photo when creating your influencer, since that helps lock in facial features across all outputs. Prompting alone often isn’t enough, which is why we also offer reference photo mode — it lets you mimic any pose, outfit, or setting using your influencer's face for more control.

    That said, because image generation is resource-intensive and subjective, we don’t offer refunds on credits. However, we just launched our Realism V2 update, which brings much better prompt understanding and far more consistent, photorealistic results. We'd definitely recommend giving that a try.
