Subscription Issue – Dashboard Not Loading

I am extremely disappointed with the service. I have paid for a subscription to access the platform, yet I am unable to use it due to the following error:

Error: "Failed to load dashboard data. Please try again."

This is completely unacceptable. I expect a resolution immediately, as I am unable to use the service I have paid for. Please fix this issue as soon as possible or provide a refund.
