Contact the recipient by some other means (by phone, for example) and ask them to tell their email admin that it appears that their email system isn't accepting connection requests from your email system. Give them the error details shown below. It's likely that the recipient's email admin is the only one who can fix this problem.

Thank you. But first of all, I would be happy to try with the current version. I am a potential long term customer, but I paid for 1 month and the training result was not good. Your software just replicated the 1 example picture to a 100% and ignored my text prompts. As I understand, I should try again with more photos.
Please either refund or activate my account.

Our training currently works heavily with the Photo as the refernece for the character. Could you tell me the last 4 characters of the email you signed up and I can take a look.
