Question 1: Why was I charged a day before the first month has passed? I was actually going to cancel it today but you guys decided to just take the money a day before.

Question 2: Why are my remaining credits from last month gone? Shouldnt the new ones just be added to the total? What gives?

    Our subscriptions are handled by a subscription management platform that auto bills every 30 days so unless somethin gwas wrong on their end, and they are a huge business, nobody gets billed a day before it renews.
