Was billed for monthly, never received my monthly token allowance

Feature Request

Tried to cancel for current month but it charged, didn’t receive token allowance for current month. Can I cancel/refund?

    Following up, was charged $79.99 after trying to cancel. Never received credits for the month, no communication, no refund. Attempting now to cancel to never be charged again and requesting full refund, delete account. Please respond.
